Nova — Terms of Policy

By purchasing Nova, you agree to abide by these terms based on your license. You will not be blacklisted if you follow these rules responsibly.

Basic License
  • Mass Killing: Intentionally disrupting or killing all players is strictly prohibited.
  • Abusive Scripts: Scripts that significantly break gameplay or the map are forbidden.
  • Kicking / Banning Users: Unauthorized kicking or banning is not allowed.
  • Map Changing: Map modification or full replacement is prohibited.
  • Global Commands: Use of global commands is disallowed.
Enhanced License
  • Highly Abusive Scripts: Scripts that crash or completely destroy gameplay are forbidden.
  • Banning / Mass Kicking: Any banning or mass kicking action will lead to blacklisting.
  • Map Editing: Full replacements are not allowed. Small edits (add/remove parts) are permitted.
  • Unsafe or Obfuscated Scripts: Do not execute scripts not Nova-verified safe or that are obfuscated.

⛔ Zero Tolerance

  • Third Party Executors: Tools that bypass Nova’s logging are forbidden.
  • Confidential Leaks: Sharing Nova-only content or buyer media results in immediate blacklist.
  • Unauthorized Profiting: Teleporting users, stealing games, etc., is not allowed.
  • NSFW / Inappropriate Scripts: Leads to permanent blacklist.
  • Chat Filter Bypass: Swearing, slurs, or ToS-violating language falls under NSFW policy.

All licenses must follow these global terms along with their license-specific policies.

🔒 Confidentiality Policy

  1. Do Not Mention Nova: Never mention Nova or its features in public chat, commands, or servers.
  2. No Serversides/Backdoors Talk: Do not hint a game is infected. Say you’re an admin or developer.
  3. Keep Nova Confidential: Only talk about Nova through Nova Connect. Never in Roblox chat or with friends.
  4. Verified Safety: Only use verified safe scripts. Unsafe features, even if unused, may still result in penalties.

⚙️ Operational Rules

  • Server Shutdowns: Only if the game is unplayable or NSFW scripts are detected (with screenshot proof).
  • Admin Systems: Only use HD Admin or Infinite Yield Safe. Permanent ranks above Moderator are disallowed.
  • Whitelist / Discord Ban: Sharing whitelists or being banned from the Discord leads to a Nova blacklist.
  • Common Sense Clause: Use good judgment. Abuse of any kind is not tolerated.

👑 Appeals & Accountability

  • Ban Appeals: You may appeal a ban if you haven’t violated zero tolerance rules.
  • User Accountability: You are responsible for verifying that executed scripts comply with policy.
  • Unsafe Abilities: If a script includes a forbidden feature (even unused), you may still be penalized.
  • Future Safety Updates: Nova will warn you before running unverified code (coming soon).
